At Maria Skin, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or replacements of customer orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via the website chat inbox if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
All of our products are personal care items (beauty products) and are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns on these products under any circumstances.
